Everyone has a knack for something...

Some people knit scarves, some knit sweaters, others knit socks. Some people have a knack for knitting blankets. Others make toys. Me? I love to knit baby pants! They go by many names: baby pants, longies, shorties, soakers, butt covers, diaper covers, etc. No matter what you call them, I love making them! I hope to be able to share my journey from one pair to the next with an occasional project that isn't pants!! I love to crochet

I was at a restaurant the other day with my hubby and (of course) I had a small project with me. A woman stopped just to tell me that it was such a wonderful thing to see a young person knitting (maybe young to her, but I'm 30! Doesn't count as young in my book!!) We talked for a few minutes and then she made the comment that I must have a lot of patience. Without missing a beat I told her that I have no patience and I compensate by having OCD! You need one or the other to be a knitter!!! She got a huge laugh out of that! So did I!

I have spent all morning updating my Ravelry site. I deleted all my old projects and added a few of my new ones that I could find the pictures for.

This is the first of what I hope to be many posts.
